nothing deep going on this morning, just penning a cheery convo to my coffee. it never complains, never refuses to get dressed, never tries to bargain with me or bribe me. it only listens, and quietly caffeinates me in return. now i have to figure out how to draw a motorcycle! happy day to you!

Wonderful ode to that glorious cuppa Joe :)
LOVE IT! And love your sunny cup! :)
Perfect! Stephanie referred to coffee as "child abuse prevention" this morning! Ha!
love it!
although the sun is rising after my first cuppa these days....
Hello Aimee!
May your weekend be soothing
Coffee never projectile barfs on me, leaves hard plastic toys in the middle of the floor for me to step on, turns its head when I'm trying to comb its hair. It never screams "NO!" three hundred times as I wheel it through Target, as if I'm holding a toothpick to its chubby toes. Coffee never hogs my pillow in the night, nor complains about it's carseat belts being "tooooooo tight!". Glad to see we're both counting our blessings this morning.. xo
I love how you can take something so simple and make it so beautiful
Love the link for the badges, thank you for sharing
i love this!
so happy.
This is great.
Your blog is a real ray of sunshine, Aimee!
I need to come up with new adjectives for how your work makes me feel: inspired, happy, awake, aware, sunny, joyful.
Cute, coffee is quite grand!
What a beautiful drawing! I love the colors and the fact that you just drew true to you. That is always the best way. Happy Art Every day month and keep enjoying that coffee. Much love ~ Ana
ah yes ... enjoy your weekend!
Nothing like that first cup of joe!!! Nice tribute to the morning mug!
cup number one,
how i loooove thee!
love this one!
love your writing style.
Thank you for adding me to your side bar:)) I've put you in my side bar too..
Your artwork is amazing!
what a great thing to write an ode to - I think a good cup of coffee is seriously overlooked and underrated! I love your word art - the handwriting in a combination of cursive and capital looks so good. Can I ask what you use to colour the background - it almost looks like spray paint the way the colours merge? I love it.
Isn't it nice to have at least one constant, cheery friend in the morning?
Life is as deep as your cup of coffee.
Love the sunlight rising in the word "one"
I could hang that at my desk, along with your next versions of this series...cup number two, three, and four
I want to move into your house just for all the colors. Seriously!
today I had to earn my first. the italian coffee pot took a wrong twist and all ground coffee ended up on the floor (and water on the counter, thank god.)
much swearing ensued.
Can't start a day without m' cuppa! Love this!
I love your blog and love your art. going to get my first cup now...and you have a new follower - me!
